We accept returns in the following situations:
-When the item has been damaged during delivery. If you notice any damges on the outside wrapping of the shipment while recieving it please do not accept the shipment from the delivery company and contact us on our email firstname.lastname@example.org
-When the item have inner damages during the transport and not visible on the outside wrapping.
-We offer 14 days return period if you are not satisfied with the item. You have to wrap it the same way or in a similar manner for safe transportation back.
-Sometimes shipping companies are not able to find the address of the Buyer due to wrong/inaccurate/incomplete address and if they can’t reach the Buyer in a certain period, set by the delivery company’s policies, they will return the item back to the Seller. In this case we offer refund for the item, but not for the shipping fees.
We make full refunds once the items are received back from us and checked.
